Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. crushed oregano
  • 2 cans Campbell's Condensed Soup - Tomato Bisque
  • 2 cup water
  • 3 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Procedure

  1. Cook onion and oregano with butter until tender. Add soup and water.
  2. In a shallow baking dish, spread stuffing, top with sliced turkey. Pour soup mixture over turkey and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
